Before you want to cancel the order, please confirm that your order was not fulfilled. In beyxueji, if your order was not fulfilled, you can cancel it anytime.

Note: We don’t offer the cancel option in our website, you will need to contact us before we ship your package out. If the order has been shipped, then you can only submit a return request according to the return policy.
